1. Sovereign Data Ownership
You retain complete, exclusive, and unencumbered ownership of all media, audio recordings, photographs, transcriptions, and memory proposals uploaded to or generated within Echoes. Echoes claims zero intellectual property or copyright over your content.
2. Zero Training Guarantee
We do not use your personal memory content, photographs, audio recordings, or transcript segments to train, fine-tune, or improve public or shared artificial intelligence models. Your data is processed transiently through vetted API endpoints bound by enterprise zero-retention contracts.
3. Multi-Tenant Cryptographic Isolation
All database records are logically and structurally isolated by verified account identifiers. Our server-side authorization architecture strictly rejects any attempt to query, read, or mutate records belonging to other accounts, returning 404 to prevent resource enumeration.
4. Private Media Storage
User-uploaded media files are stored in private cloud buckets. Storage URLs are short-lived, signed cryptographically on the server, and delivered exclusively after verifying active ownership credentials.
5. Data Deletion & Lifecycle
When an account is closed or deleted, your archive is deactivated in accordance with safe lifecycle preservation policies. You may request permanent deletion of all associated binaries and database records at any time.
